We do offer free shipping all over the world. All our items are produced and shipped from Hamburg, Germany free of Charge.
Whats our delivery time?
Your AUDRAY dress will be made and delivered within 12-14 business days. If you need it a dress faster look at our IN STOCK section, these dresses can be shipped and deliverd within 48h.
Depending on the time of year, such as during busy advertising periods, delivery time may take longer.
Some products may require more time than others, depending on the complexity of the cut and whether or not we have the selected color in stock. If you are unsure cobtoact our LIVE CHAT who will answer just in time.
When you add your selected item to your cart, you will see the estimated delivery time. If the estimated delivery date falls on a weekend or holiday, the package will most likely be delivered the next business day.
AUDRAY guarantees delivery times except in situations, events or circumstances beyond our control.
Since life is always unpredictable, if you need your dress for an event on a very specific date, we recommend ordering it with enough time in advance.
Do i have to pay any additional taxes or custom fees to receive my order?
If you are located in the EU no additional cost will apply. If you are outside of the EU ist can happen that your country charges fees, taxes or customs duties to receive an item from abroad.
If your package has been charged this type of cost, please send us a email and upload the receipt up to 7 days after receiving your order.
Although AUDRAY has no control over these charges and does not need to do, we will refund you 50% of the value of your extra charges.
