2. Purpose and General Provisions

These terms regulate access to and use of the website www.audray.de (hereinafter, "the Website") and the purchase of products and services through it.

3. Users

Access to and/or use of the Website grants the condition of User, who accepts, from such access and/or use, these Terms and Conditions.

4. Purchase Process

To make a purchase, the User must follow the online purchase procedure and accept the Terms and Conditions. The User will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of their order (the "Order Confirmation").

5. Prices and Payment

All product prices include VAT and other applicable taxes. Shipping costs will be added to the total amount during the purchase process. Accepted payment methods are [accepted payment methods].

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address indicated by the User during the purchase process. Delivery times are approximate and will be specified in the Order Confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without needing to provide any justification. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us of their decision through an unequivocal statement.

8. Returns and Refunds

Products must be returned in their original and unused condition. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the User, once the returned products have been received and their condition verified.

9. Warranties

If the delivered product is defective or does not match the order, the User has the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination, as appropriate.

10. Data Protection

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, we inform you that the personal data provided by the User will be incorporated into an automated file and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. For the resolution of any disputes that may arise in connection with this document, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Palma de Mallorca.
